Why not massage? Let’s be honest…Massage feels good, and a lot of what we do everyday does NOT feel good. Most of the things we do are repetitive and over time cause some kind of pain, whether it’s physical pain or emotional pain.

But massage, massage is good. It’s an hour where you get to lay still and someone rubs your muscles to a point where the tension within them feels like it just melts away. And the moment the tension in your muscles feels less, the tensions in your thoughts seem to feel less and there is the feeling of “This is Great!”

But why do we overlook the importance of “Great” feeling? Why do we allow ourselves to get wrapped up in the tension in the first place? I am convinced it’s because we think we can handle it. We think we can do it all and still be “just fine”…but then reality sets in and we find our actions of daily life causing tension that can manifest physically.

Massage can give you that opportunity to reset and start over.
